Based on your feedback, we have made a couple enhancements to Scentsy Club to improve the experience for your customers:
- Subscribers can now change their subscription processing date.
- We’ve added three more optional processing dates: the 3rd, 27th and 28th of the month.
Here’s how your Scentsy Club customers can change the processing date of an existing subscription:
- Log in to their profile on their Consultant’s Personal Website (PWS).
- Go to the “Your Scentsy Club” page in the account menu.
- Select “Choose a different day” at the top of the page.
- Pick the preferred processing day and click “save.”
Please note: If they select a processing date that has already passed and the subscription has yet to process in the current month, the change will move their next order processing date forward, and they will not receive their shipment in the current month. Users will see a message if the change they’re making falls into this scenario.
Existing limits on how many subscriptions process each day are still in place, so days between the 3rd and 28th may be unavailable depending on the number of subscriptions that have already selected that day.
